CURRITUCK COUNTY, N.C. (WAVY) — A 47-year-old man was arrested on Tuesday and charged with felony first-degree statutory rape, deputies said.
William Tutwiler of Perquimans County was charged after an “extensive investigation” by the Currituck County Sheriff’s Office.
Tutwiler was given a 250,000 secured bond.
