Come join us as we explore the Merchants Millpond State Park on Wednesday, April 23, 2025. We will gather at Cooperative Extension – Currituck Center at 120 Community Way, Barco and depart at 9 a.m. for Gates County where we will launch the kayaks at the park’s boat ramp. We will explore the waters and the wildlife in the area. We will also do a little hiking on the trails in the park. Pack a lunch and bring a change of clothes.
