Merchant’s PACT has hired 15-year payments industry leader Genevieve Dozier as chief business development officer to drive strategic growth and partnerships within the financial institution channel. Dozier, who lives in Grandy, grew up in Moyock, graduated from Currituck High and graduated from Meredith College.

In her new role, Dozier will oversee the consulting services, programs and integrated partnerships that are offered to financial institutions. She will work closely with Jack Henry’s financial institution clients to provide customized merchant services programs and managed services. Additionally,
