Nags Head looks at overcrowded estuarine access

The November 4 Nags Head Board of Commissioners meeting saw town officials take action to address safety and congestion concerns at the Jockey’s Ridge Estuarine Access, approve a 2021 commissioners meeting schedule, make changes to camping guidelines and discuss a request to close part of East Forrest Street.
