NC REALTORS® has made updates to Form 220 and introduced new Forms 201, 202, and 220G. Key changes include simplifying the Exclusive Buyer Agency Agreement (Form 201), creating a new one-page Property Showing Agreement (Form 202), and clarifying cooperative compensation terms in Form 220. Agents are advised to switch to these new forms within the 30-day grace period.
