April is Fair Housing Month and OBAR has a few informative events planned to celebrate this important month.

April 14th:  FREE Virtual Seminar, “Lessons Learned from Long Island Divided” with Bill Dedman.  Take a guided tour of fair housing lessons from Newsday’s Peabody Award-winning investigation Long Island Divided, which is raising awareness of steering by real estate agents.

April 18th:  In-Person At Home with Diversity Certification Course with Tanya Sekhon.  This certification course is designed to enable you to work successfully with and within a rapidly changing multicultural market. It also counts as 4 hours of CE elective credit and is FREE to OBAR members!.  Space is limited so registered as soon as possible.

• Get your Seniors Real Estate Specialist® designation

• Download Fair Housing assets and share them on your website/social media
