Outer Banks Relief Foundation celebrates $2 million of local impact through relief funding

 

The Outer Banks Relief Foundation has been providing financial assistance to local families touched by personal tragedy since 2005. This month, the Nags Head-based organization, also known as OBRF, is celebrating providing more than $2 million of relief funding to people who live and work in the area.
