Ribbon cutting held for Southern Bank in Manteo

The Outer Banks Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting for Southern Bank in Manteo on May 17, 2023. 

Jim Gilreath, Chairman of the Chamber Board and Attorney at Rose, Harrison, Gilreath & Powers, P.C. congratulated Neil Songer, Senior Vice President & Area Manager, and Jason Waughtel, Executive Vice President Coastal Region on the new location for the bank in Manteo stating, “…We are a community bank focused on offering exceptional service and a personal, relationships-first approach to all our clients.”

The Outer Banks Chamber of Commerce is an advocate for business on North Carolina’s Outer Banks. A regional organization representing 1,000 businesses, the Outer Banks Chamber serves Dare County, Currituck County, and Ocracoke Island.
