From Shakespeare to Sondheim, the search for love has been fertile theatrical ground for eons. But in Theatre of Dare’s production of Significant Other, that same search leads to an existential crisis.
“I think the big theme here is dealing with life when life isn’t working out like you planned,” said director Kim Plyer. “It’s about struggling with the changes in relationships that naturally occur as we get older.”
For Jordan Berman (Evan Tillett), those changes involve his three best friends (Brandy Hayes, Adara Huls and Paris Murray), who find love and get married one by one while Jordan’s relationships
