The Town retained SEPI Engineering and Construction, Inc. to perform a Pavement Condition Survey of the Town’s street system and to develop maintenance recommendations for treatments on each street as well as an associated Capital Improvement Plan. A pavement management system is a long-term, formalized approach to gathering information about a municipality’s entire road network, evaluate its road conditions, and log this data in a comprehensive database.
