At its June 1, 2021 regular meeting, the Southern Shores Town Council adopted a budget for FY 2021-2022 which included funding to enact implementation of a “No-left Turn” directive for eastbound traffic at the intersection of US Highway 158 and South Dogwood Trail. Appropriate traffic devices placed by the Town of Southern Shores will entirely block the US Highway 158 eastbound left-turn lane at the intersection during set hours. As of now, the days for the “No-left Turn Events” are as follows:
